The story began in 1999 when I began helping my best friend start a chain of Pizza And Pasta locations in and around Nashville, TN. It was started from the ground up with all homemade recipes and dough made fresh in house daily! I later left the business to explore my musical endeavors and it left an empty spot in my heart ever since!
With my restaurant experience and Michelle's amazing sauce recipes, we decided to fill that empty spot and open our dream. Plain Jane's will be offering some of the best Italian food available. Our menu offers everything from Pizza, Stromboli, Calzone, Subs, salad and Pasta.
We needed a name. Michelle said, "I'm just a Plain Jane when it comes to pizza, I just like cheese," that is what sparked the idea for our name. Then the concept built from there! Plain Jane.. SHE'S PLAIN, BUT THE FOOD IS NOT. We sincerely hope you will stop by and become part of our dream.
